I was introduced to Hélène through a mutual friend after her previous webmaster had sadly passed away. About nine months later, she needed assistance maintaining her website.

Since Hélène wasn’t familiar with website management, I stepped in to help. I migrated her domain, email, and website to a more affordable hosting provider, created a full backup, and updated several site details.

Today, I continue to provide ongoing support—whenever Hélène needs updates to her website or technical assistance, she reaches out to me.
